Tired of impersonal transactions and large lenders lacking individualized attention, she envisioned a company dedicated to providing solutions for underserved individuals and families.

Anova has since empowered numerous first-time homebuyers and those previously unable to secure financing, breaking down barriers to essential financial resources.

Ana Ivette Morales is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 20 years of experience in the lending industry. As the founder and principal broker of Anova Mortgage, Ana has built a reputation for fairness, integrity, and results-driven service. She has helped hundreds of families—across multiple generations—achieve the dream of homeownership, consistently delivering tailored solutions with low rates and fees.

Ana has held leadership roles at several mortgage firms and consistently ranks among the Top 250 Mortgage Originators nationwide. Her commitment to community is reflected in her long-standing involvement with organizations such as NAHREP, the Nevada Culinary Union, and NHSSN Las Vegas. She is a passionate educator, regularly hosting homebuyer seminars and financial literacy workshops.

A recipient of the Spark Small Business Grant, Ana is also a University of Phoenix graduate with a BBA, fluent in Spanish, and a recognized leader in her field. Through Anova Mortgage, she continues to empower families and redefine what it means to serve as a trusted mortgage advisor.
